About the event

Class description: This class will provide attendees with an introduction to and information on materials used by ancient civilizations and today’s artists. They must attend this class to attend Part 2.

Bring to class: Wear full-coverage footwear. Otherwise, materials will be provided.

About the Teacher: Mark Harris has always been interested in finding arrowheads on his uncle’s property and has always enjoyed rock hunting combined with lapidary work. About fifteen years ago, he had a flint knapper help him with the pathfinder honor in Indian Lore and teach him the craft. Now, he enjoys sharing this craft with anyone interested.
