About the event
Class description: Are you stressed? Whether you are 18 or 80, you can probably answer “yes” to that question. Stress is a fact of life, but it doesn’t have to steal our joy. God wants us to “thrive” and not just “survive” as we deal with the stress that life sends our way. In this seminar, we’ll learn how to overcome the stress, anxiety, and depression in our lives from a Biblical perspective so we can live the abundant life God wants for each of us! Only women are allowed to attend.
About the Teacher: Laura Worf currently serves as the volunteer leader for the Montana Conference of Seventh-day Adventists Women’s Ministries Program. She loves presenting information about how God has led in her life, organizing events, playing music, traveling, and hiking. In this seminar, she will share how God led her personal journey from surviving to thriving. Laura and her husband, Scott, moved to Roundup, Montana, in 2021 and are thoroughly enjoying their church family, as well as the beautiful sunrises and wildlife on their property.
