About the event
Class description: This overview of sourdough bread-making will give you the basics you need to get started with your own sourdough. We will go over baking a variety of types of sourdough, including rustic-style loaves, rolls, focaccia, discard recipes, etc. Examples of multiple breads will be provided to try. You will walk away from this class with your own starter, instructions to get started, and resources to continue to develop your sourdough baking skills. Bring a notebook and pen if you would like to take notes (optional).
About the Teacher: Christina Stentzel began baking sourdough in 2022 and quickly fell in love with the process and its benefits. She finds the endless options of sourdough fascinating and loves making the process simple for others to get started as well.
