About the event

Overlanding as a sport or lifestyle is not new but it has exploded in popularity in the last 10 years.  In this workshop, we will be exploring vehicles, vehicle modifications, gear, tools, and technology that help make it enjoyable and learn how to avoid the gear trap and keep it affordable.  We will look at the skills, equipment, and maintenance you need to keep both you and your vehicle safe and operational, and how to plan and execute a successful expedition.  We’ll discuss how to overland responsibly, how to use overlanding as a team-building activity, and how it can be used for ministry.Class description:
