April - May: Conference Town Hall Meetings

In preparation for the 64th Conference Constituency Meeting on July 19, 2026, five Town Hall Meetings will be held across the Conference. All church members are welcome and may attend any location that is most convenient for them. Delegates are especially encouraged to participate.

 

Agenda highlights and preliminary information for the July 19 session will be shared, and Conference administration, departmental directors, and the MEA principal will be present to answer questions.

• April 25   – 6:00 PM      Great Falls

• April 26   – 9:00 AM      Bozeman

• May 2      – 6:00 PM      Kalispell

• May 3      –10:00AM      Missoula

• May 9      – 6:00 PM      Billings

 

 

May 17: Organizing Committees

These will occur in several different regions of Montana or by zoom. The delegates participating in these meetings are chosen from among the main delegates chosen by each church. Their purpose is to select members of the Nominating Committee.

June 28: Nominating Committee

​

The Nominating Committee submits individuals for approval to the delegates in regular session to serve in the following offices for the following quadrennium (4-year term): Board of Directors, Executive Officers, Directors of Departments, and members for the Articles & By-Law Committee.
