About the event

Class description: Offsite activity - This is a “hands on” canoe trek down the Madison River with JD Harding and Rod Boothby. There will be some basic instruction and demonstrations given on site, especially for anyone that missed the morning class time “They shoot canoes, don’t they?” Grab a paddle and try (not) to get wet! Please note: Conservation license is required for anyone age 12 and up (go to the following link to purchase: https://fwp.mt.gov/buyandapply/conservation-license). Also, any children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please indicate age on online sign-up form.
