About the event

Class description: Losing a family member is very difficult, and navigating the financial aftermath is very challenging as well. In this class you will learn your responsibilities as the survivor (such as closing the estate and/or being the “successor trustee” or “executor”) in hopes of easing this process for you. About the Teacher: Jim Brown serves as the Trust Director for the Montana SDA Conference. He started working in Trust services in 1988. Jim has a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is a Certified Specialist in planned giving. He lives in Chandler, Arizona with Cindy, his wife of 42 years and their two cats.
