Recipe: Perfect Pesto

1 cup raw walnuts or cashews
6 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
2 T lemon juice
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 cup olive oil
4 cups or more basil leaves
In a food processor, grind up the nuts and then add everything else and process until smooth. Freezes well.
