Recipe: Veggie Squash Sauce for Rice

Blend with small amount of water:
1/3 cup raw peanuts or almonds
1 T. toasted sesame seeds
½ t. cumin
1 heaping T. cornstarch
1 T. nutritional yeast flakes
Liquid aminos to taste
Place in saucepan. Add veggies:
3 Roma tomatoes
½ bell pepper
Fresh mushrooms
1-2 garlic cloves
2-3 cups of zucchini
Garnish with pieces of green leaves (e.g., cilantro, green onion, chives, celery leaves).
