Fly Fishing for Beginners Part Two (2-Part Class)

About the event

Class Description: Learn the basics of fly fishing for trout on Montana streams. Topics covered include fly fishing equipment, fly selection, finding trout in streams, knot tying, and fly casting. Learn the basics to getting out on the water and having fun. Class members have the option to borrow gear to go fishing on their own. Must attend this class to attend Part 2 fly fishing class.
Bring to Class: No supplies, equipment, or prior experience necessary (materials provided). However, those who have their own fly fishing gear may wish to bring it with them.
About the Teacher: Pastor Ryan Kilgore has been an avid fly angler for nearly 10 years, fishing with a variety of tactics in streams across Washington, Idaho, and Montana. He loves to share the things he has learned that help him catch fish and enjoy his time on the water.
